🛠 Warranty Policy

All our ceiling fans with light come with a 1-year warranty.

  • This covers quality problems or manufacturing defects
  • If there is any quality issue, we will help repair, replace, or refund
  • If the product needs to be returned for repair or replacement, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to us
  • After repair or replacement, the customer is also responsible for the shipping cost for delivery back to them
  • Fast local support is available through WhatsApp or phone

Please note: the 1-year warranty does not cover the return and re-delivery shipping costs.
