1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Ghana to all regions and major cities. No matter where you are located, we'll get your order to you.

2. Shipping Partner

We partner with Speedaf Delivery, a trusted courier service, to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your products.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery takes 1-5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Time Factors:

  • Location: Urban areas typically receive deliveries faster (1-3 days), while remote areas may take up to 5 working days
  • Product Availability: In-stock items ship immediately; pre-order items ship when available
  • Order Verification: Orders are processed after payment verification (for online payments) or order confirmation (for COD)
  • Holidays & Weekends: Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary based on product type, size, weight, and delivery location.

Free Delivery:

Some products qualify for free delivery as indicated on the product page. Free delivery promotions may be subject to minimum order values or specific product categories.

Paid Delivery:

For products that do not qualify for free delivery, shipping costs will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. You will always know the exact shipping cost before confirming your purchase.

5. Order Processing

5.1 Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided. This confirms we have received your order and are processing it.

5.2 Order Preparation

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is handed to our courier partner.

5.3 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

6. Delivery Address

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address including street name, house number, and landmarks
  • Provide a valid phone number for delivery coordination
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during business hours (8 AM - 6 PM)
  • Notify us immediately if you need to change the delivery address before shipment

Address Changes:

Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at psc.inghana2025@gmail.com if you need to update your address.

7. Delivery Process

7.1 Delivery Notification

Our courier partner will contact you via phone before delivery to confirm your availability and coordinate the delivery time.

7.2 Receiving Your Order

When the courier arrives:

  1. Verify the package: Check that the package is addressed to you and appears undamaged
  2. Inspect the exterior: You may inspect the packaging for visible damage before accepting
  3. Accept delivery: Sign for the delivery or provide confirmation as required

7.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • You may inspect the exterior packaging before payment
  • For sealed products, payment must be completed before opening the package
  • Payment must be made immediately upon receipt via mobile money to our designated number
  • After completing the mobile money transfer, call us for payment verification
  • The courier will wait for payment confirmation before leaving

7.4 Damaged Packages

If the package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Take photos of the damage
  • Report the issue to the courier immediately
  • Contact us at psc.inghana2025@gmail.com with photos and your order number
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

8.1 Unsuccessful Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • No one available to receive the delivery
  • Unreachable phone number

The courier will make up to 2 additional delivery attempts. You may be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery time or pick-up location.

8.2 Unclaimed Orders

If delivery cannot be completed after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. You may be charged a re-delivery fee for subsequent delivery attempts. Unclaimed orders held for more than 7 days may be subject to cancellation and restocking fees.

9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Remote or hard-to-access locations
  • Incorrect delivery information

We will notify you of any significant delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible. Botora Hub Ltd is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

10. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Ghana. We do not offer international shipping services.
