4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are confirmed at the time of order placement and will not change after your order is confirmed.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online Payment: Secure payment via our Paystack payment platform (credit/debit cards, mobile money)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay via mobile money upon receipt of your product

4.3 Cash on Delivery Terms

When you choose Cash on Delivery:

  • You may inspect the product packaging upon delivery
  • For sealed products, payment must be made before opening
  • Payment must be made immediately upon receipt via mobile money to our designated number
  • You must call for payment verification after completing the mobile money transfer
  • Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation and future order restrictions

5. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and are clearly stated in each product description. Please review the specific warranty information for each product before purchase. Warranty coverage is serviced locally in Ghana by Botora Hub Ltd.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible products.

6.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Products must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • Sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for return unless defective

6.3 Defective Products

If you discover a defect or fault after using the product:

  • We will repair or replace the defective product in Ghana at no cost to you (subject to warranty terms)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications will be repaired at the customer's cost

6.4 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Await return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the product back as instructed

6.5 Refunds

Shipping fees vary by product and location. Some products qualify for free delivery, while others may incur shipping charges. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

7.4 Delivery Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery address and contact information
  • Being available to receive the delivery or designating someone to receive on your behalf
  • Inspecting the package upon delivery for visible damage

8. Inspection and Acceptance

Upon delivery:

  • You may inspect the exterior packaging for damage
  • For sealed products, you must complete payment before opening
  • Report any visible damage to the delivery agent immediately
  • Once payment is completed and the product is accepted, you assume responsibility for the product

9. Limitation of Liability

Botora Hub Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use
  • Damages caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
  • Delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, courier delays, etc.)
  • Loss or damage during return shipping unless caused by our error

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
